    Zoho Analytics brings data from different sources together and turns it into dashboards and reports. You see revenue, open orders or the state of your sales pipeline on one screen, and click through to the detail.

    You can share reports with colleagues, have them refresh on a schedule and vary them per role. That way management sees other figures than a team leader.

    It suits SMEs that combine their figures by hand from exports and spreadsheets today, or that have a different report in every system and no overall picture.

    Analytics shows what is in your systems. It does not improve the quality of that data. That is why we first look in the intake at whether the source is in order.

    Can I use Zoho Analytics if I have no Zoho package?

    Yes. Zoho Analytics is an add-on to any package, as long as the data can be read in. Whether that works for your system, we check in the intake.

    How current are the figures?

    That depends on the source and on how often you refresh the data. We record that per source, so it is clear how current a figure is.

    What is the difference with the reports in my package?

    Packages report on their own data. Zoho Analytics combines data from several systems in one overview.

    Is Zoho Analytics part of Zoho One?

    Yes, Zoho Analytics is one of the apps in Zoho One. You can also take it on its own.

    What happens after go-live?

    After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
