Zoho Flow implementation: connect your apps automatically

Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho Flow for SMEs that move data by hand from one program to another. For light automation Flow is often enough; for heavier connections we build something sturdier.

    What it does

    What Zoho Flow does

With Zoho Flow, an event in one app starts an action in another. When a form comes in, a contact is created and a colleague gets a message. You build that in a visual editor, with conditions and branches.

Flow works with the Zoho apps and with many other services. Data does not have to be retyped, and work does not stall because someone forgets a step.

    Who it is for

    Who Zoho Flow suits

It suits SMEs with repetitive tasks between programs: a lead that has to reach several systems, a notification for a new order or an approval that passes through several hands.

Flow fits light automation. For large volumes, banks, tax authorities, webshops and carriers, or an ERP and WMS that exchange data all day, a proper integration is more robust. See below.

    Set-up

    Choices in the set-up

These are the choices we make with you during the intake:

    • Which tasks

Which steps between programs are done by hand today and take the most time.

    • Trigger and action

Which event starts a flow and what should follow.

    • Conditions

When a flow should or should not run, for instance depending on an amount or a status.

    • Error handling

Who gets a message when a flow fails and what happens then.

    • Management

Who manages the flows and how you know which ones are running.

    Connections

    Connections that matter

Zoho Flow connects the Zoho apps with each other and with a large number of other services. For a service without a ready-made connection, a flow can talk to your systems through an open interface.

Whether your ERP, WMS or webshop can be connected that way, we check in the intake.

More about connections with your ERP, WMS and webshop is on integration.

When you need a proper integration

Zoho Flow is made for tasks between apps. For standard connections with banks, tax authorities, webshops and carriers, or for a link between ERP and WMS, we build an integration that holds up under load.

Which approach suits you, we discuss in the intake.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to program to use Zoho Flow?

No. You build flows in a visual editor. For special cases a piece of code can be added, and we handle that.

What happens when a flow fails?

Flow keeps track of which runs failed. In the set-up we record who gets a message about that and what they do.

Is Zoho Flow enough for a link between my ERP and WMS?

For light exchange it sometimes is. For many orders or critical data we would rather build a proper integration. In the intake we decide what fits.

Is Zoho Flow part of Zoho One?

Yes, Zoho Flow is one of the apps in Zoho One. You can also take it on its own.

    What happens after go-live?

After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.

    Stop retyping between programs?

Tell us which steps you do by hand today. We will tell you what Zoho Flow can take over and what needs a proper integration.
