Zoho Forms implementation: forms whose answers land where they belong
Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho Forms for SMEs that still receive requests, sign-ups and intakes by email or on paper. The answers go straight to the system where you need them.

What Zoho Forms does
With Zoho Forms you build online forms without programming. You put them on your website, share them with a link or send them by email. Fields can appear or disappear depending on earlier answers.
Every submission is stored and can automatically send a notification, create a record in another app or start an approval step.

It suits SMEs that collect a lot of data from customers, candidates or colleagues: quote requests, intake forms, fault reports, leave requests or inspection checklists.

Can I put a form on my own website?
Yes. You can embed a form on your website or share it with a link.
Can submissions go into my CRM automatically?
Yes. A submission can create a lead or contact in Zoho CRM, so nobody has to retype the data.
What do I do with personal data in a form?
Ask only for what you need and record how long you keep it. We include that in the set-up. For a legal opinion, check with your lawyer.
Is Zoho Forms part of Zoho One?
Yes, Zoho Forms is one of the apps in Zoho One. You can also take it on its own.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
