Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho Invoice for small SME service providers and freelance-style businesses that want to send their quotes and invoices neatly and on time. We also tell you when invoicing alone is no longer enough.
What it does
Zoho Invoice creates quotes and invoices in your own house style, sends them by email and keeps track of which invoices are paid. You can set up recurring invoices and let payment reminders go out automatically.
You can record hours worked and put them on the invoice. Customers can view their invoices in a portal of their own and pay online if you connect a payment method.
Who it is for
It suits small service providers, consultants and project agencies with a manageable number of customers, who mainly want to organise their invoicing and keep their accounting elsewhere.
Zoho Invoice is an invoicing package, not accounting. It keeps no general ledger and has no stock or purchasing. If you need those, see below.
Set-up
These are the choices we make with you during the intake:
How quotes and invoices look and which texts and terms appear on them.
Which VAT rates you use and how invoice numbers run on.
Which customers receive the same invoice periodically, and when it is sent.
How customers pay and when a reminder goes out.
Whether you record hours and how they reach the invoice.
Connections
Zoho Invoice works with Zoho CRM, where customer data comes from, and with Zoho Projects for hours worked. For the accounting we decide in the intake how the invoices reach your accountant.
If your administration grows, you can move to a package with full accounting. We then help carry the data over.
More about connections with your ERP, WMS and webshop is on integration.

If you need a general ledger, purchase invoices, bank connections, VAT returns or stock, an invoicing package is not enough. An ERP with accounting such as Uniconta fits then, of which we are a partner.
Which combination suits you, we discuss in the intake. Zoho Books is an in-between option within Zoho, but it has no Dutch edition.
Licences
The licences and current prices of Zoho Invoice are on the Zoho pricing page. During the intake we decide which plan fits you.
