Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho People for SMEs that keep personnel data, leave and onboarding in spreadsheets and emails today. We also offer it as a fixed HR package.

What Zoho People does
Zoho People is HR software for the daily administration: personnel files, leave and sickness reports, attendance and time tracking, and an organisation chart. Employees request leave themselves and the manager approves.
It also supports onboarding with task lists for new colleagues, review meetings and standard forms, so HR has to chase less data.
Who it is for
Who Zoho People suits
It suits SMEs with a growing team, where HR is part of someone's job and the administration sits in different files. The more people keep their own leave, hours and data up to date, the more time HR has left.
Zoho People is not a payroll system. You process salaries in a separate package, which we put next to Zoho People in the intake.

Can I pay salaries with Zoho People?
No. Zoho People is for the HR administration. Salary processing happens in a separate package, which we put next to Zoho People in the intake.
Can employees request leave themselves?
Yes. Employees request leave, the manager approves and the balance is updated.
Is personnel data safe in Zoho People?
You decide with permissions who sees which data. We set those up with you in the intake. For a legal opinion on the GDPR, check with your lawyer.
Is Zoho People part of Zoho One?
Yes, Zoho People is one of the apps in Zoho One. You can also take it on its own.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
