Operion is a Zoho partner and sets up Zoho Recruit for SMEs that recruit themselves and for small recruitment agencies. Candidates and vacancies are in one place instead of in mailboxes.

Zoho Recruit is a system for recruiting and selection. You record vacancies, collect applications, follow candidates through the stages of your process and schedule interviews. For each vacancy you see how far everyone has got.
Candidates can apply through a career page of your own, and you can find candidates from earlier rounds when a new vacancy comes up.

It suits SMEs that hire people regularly, and small recruitment agencies that manage vacancies and candidates for clients. It helps if applications disappear into mailboxes and spreadsheets today.

Can I show vacancies on my own website?
Yes. Zoho Recruit has a career page that you can embed or connect to your website.
How long may I keep application data?
You record that in your privacy policy. We set the retention period with you. For a legal opinion, check with your lawyer.
Can Zoho Recruit work with Zoho People?
Yes. A candidate you hire can be carried over as an employee in Zoho People.
Is Zoho Recruit part of Zoho One?
Yes, Zoho Recruit is one of the apps in Zoho One. You can also take it on its own.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
